The predictions draw on contributions from teams in over 115 cities. As a result, the issues identified are both global and local and should be helpful for international organizations as they make their plans for 2019. The document forecasts how geo-political uncertainty, the rise of Artificial Intelligence, increasing polarization of opinion and other hot topics will bring communications challenges to organizations.
