Meropa’s social media training programme is designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to understand the complexities of social media and use it to professionally and effectively represent organisations and personal brands.

The immersive workshop ensures that all delegates gain a deep understanding of the effectiveness of social media, the tools available, and current trends. This includes content planning, platform best practices, crisis communication, and brand voice consistency.

This training is not designed for seasoned social media experts (although they are welcome) but for managers, team leaders and communications professionals who need a solid understanding of how social media works and how it supports broader business goals.

Meropa approaches each workshop differently, adapting it to the needs of the delegates. We believe a training session must be fun, creative and inspiring – it should be interactive and involve everyone. We don’t believe in lecturing. Delegates learn through experience and facilitation.

Each workshop comprises theoretical and practical elements. We also use video, inter-active exercises, and case studies to bring them to life. Three sessions of three hours each can be broken up and held at different times and dates or combined for an immersive team-building and strategy engagement. Clients can also choose which areas they would prefer to concentrate on.
